The HC1525 Lord Hughes Report on the Death of Dawn Sturgess in Amesbury on Sunday 8 July 2018, published today, says:

I have read the Lord Hughes Report and come to the Conclusion that Mr Putin may NOT have been responsible for there is Opposition in The Russian Federation, which Lord Hughes has totally ignored. Lord Hughes is a restricted thought Investigator it seems to Me, but he documents well! JimQ.

Not Recognised in the Hughes Report, was that the attack was not meant to be LETHAL, for the planned victims and the policeman all survived! And so did Charlie who found the poison bottle!

Dawn Sturgess' Death was..... Accidental, through her use of it!! Which Keir Starmer has BLOWN-UP into an Attack (AGAIN) on Mr Putin, of "Kremlin's disregard for innocent lives".

The Hughes Report HC1525 into The Novichok Attack in Salisbury ..... was quite obviously...... POOR.
I guess Lord Hughes had some..... "unknown" info, but he clearly did not ask sufficient questions either!!

AND, why would Mr Putin Reverse this Decision anyway? More likely the GRU itself might have felt aggrieved at something Mr Putin wanted in re-organising them!!

I contest the Report HC1525 paragraphs 5.14b and 5.15 which claim to require Mr Putin's authority for the poisoning, since Mr Navalny/others could have had a Reason to expose Mr Putin in some way, so Lord Hughes SHOULD NOT claim that ONLY Mr Putin could have implemented this poisoning - and I also dispute his para 6.115 on page 116, as follows:

1) There is no mention at all of the actual size/capacity of the "perfume bottle", but presumably to have GOT THRU' Moscow Airport Security (!!) it would be less than 100ml and well sealed too.

2) When used/opened, the danger to Petrov and Boshirov would have increased for some Novichok might escape during their trip back to London and Moscow.

3) Therefore to dispose of it was essential, to also ensure it was not Caught by Heathrow Security, even tho' (??) it may have been less than 100ml. DO YOU SEE why The Report should have said the size of the bottle? Obviously larger than 100ml would have certainly been Caught at Heathrow, so even more reason to abandon it!!

4) Para 6.115 says "....safely via the kind of support from other co‑nationals...." which would mean potentially Revealing the Identity of that Co-National, who would have to be nearby, AND with PRIOR knowledge of the upcoming Attack - a Russian Security Risk (Need to Know ONLY, surely!). Thus I argue that this is NOT a Reasonable Statement in the Report.

5) A small bottle dropped into a Big Bin seems the Best, Fastest and Easiest disposal, and they then escape to London. The Report says nothing about what disposal by the Bin Collectors would have entailed: Incineration is available near Salisbury at Northacre Resource Recovery Centre for example, and landfill is still used..... Sorting the waste into "Recycle or Not", involves people lifting items out of the whole delivery, but they do move very quickly (few employees along a moving track of waste), and a small cardboard pretty colour item even with a bottle inside would NOT be examined, but almost "invisibly" to them, rapidly scooped out to throw into another bin. Thus the Bin people would most unlikely be poisoned by the Russians dropping the bottle package into a Big Bin.

6) Charlie, who found the toxic perfume bottle, and gave it to Dawn Sturgess, was unlucky - the bottle package was still the top-most item in the Big Bin (the Report suggests a Bin was most likely, and that they are emptied frequently - so Used frequently too of course, as Big Bins do). The Russians would have Bet that nobody would pick it out of the Bin - that seems Likely, and Reasonable in Planning, to me.

7) The Planning in Moscow would have shown that THERE WAS a Risk of Innocent lives being Hurt/Injured WHICH THEY ACCEPTED, but from the front door handle, not the disposal in a Big Bin..... and luckily only the one Salisbury Policeman was badly affected, other than the Planned Victims.

8) The Salisbury Big Bins could be made taller, so that people like Charlie cannot so easily remove dumped items - I suggest 4ft6in high would be enough.... and thus the death of Dawn Sturgess would not have happened. Thus, MY PROPOSAL to Wiltshire County Council customerservices@wiltshire.gov.uk - and Others Nationwide!!

9) Poisoning was probably the most effective weapon to use, for Petrov and Boshirov were only in Britain for 24 hours or so, and their victim might not have been home then. A gun could have been smuggled thro' Moscow airport, but...... potentially, no target available.

So, the EU-Starmer idiots did it again - total waste of a meeting (today), because they refuse to listen!!!

The Heathrow cost will be paid by Heathrow airport, so the price of the new road/Mway mods to allow double the number of passengers (to 150million) access to Heathrow is that £49bn? not clear from page 4.....

If the runway was 3 miles long =3 x 5760ft = 17280 ft,

that £49bn = £2.8 million per foot................

OR:

£49bn / 150m = £32.66 EACH per 10 years of passengers.

But India is the fourth-largest iron-ore producer in the world, has large reserves and is a net exporter. It may be the case that it will start to import more iron ore in the coming years, but it is unlikely to offset falling Chinese imports. Southeast Asian economies, notably Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam, are also planning to raise steel output and would need to import iron ore. However, given the lack of local inputs, EAF production is being encouraged.

If, as is expected, China’s overall steel production declines, and EAF production rises, the iron-ore market will move into a large surplus and prices will fall. Consolidation in the industry is likely and there will be financial pressure to close higher-cost or low-grade mines. That said, government support might be forthcoming for some smaller producers outside of Australia and Brazil as steel (and its inputs) has in the past been seen as a strategic sector.

Enter the National Wealth Fund (NWF), which will play a crucial role in the coming years.

Established in October 2024 as a successor to the UK Infrastructure Bank, the NWF aims to crowd in private investment to support growth in priority sectors: clean energy, digital and technologies, advanced manufacturing, and transport.

In practice, this means funding or guaranteeing riskier sectors and technologies that private investors wouldn’t otherwise consider......etc etc

Our Tornado Engine Controls Technology was embodied in the Boeing747-400 RRengines for example, and the latest RR Trent engines have our High Temperature Tech too. Tornado is still the stealthiest, fastest and most economical Combat Aircraft in the World - engine oriented see! And we embodied the Harrier and Concorde engines in part, and their KDF9 off-design simulation software technology into our design, from which WE showed RRDerby HOW a 3 shaft engine worked, when they kept having SL testbed surges, and we, in the whole of TurboUnion, never did.

The USA engine men never caught on to our concept, which was far more subtle than their big thrust, high fuel consumption, high IR signature concept - for the USAF love the vertical climb and noise after takeoff!

My next move would have been deeper into control systems tech..... for I am mostly an Investigator, Behaviour, and Numbers Man, with an understanding of the Human in the cockpit, whether for many passengers or the military, since the only difference is in what they Require, and how to best Solve them cost effectively.

If 1% of the British People were The Best, then it would take 150 years to be honoured by the Govt, at 2000 people a year...... Thus it should be Abolished and honours given by those with whom you work - as mine above was, and Thankyou, delighted at the time and now too.

Think about it. The British state (which is quite separate to the people of this land) has thus far destroyed: Yugoslavia, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Libya, Gaza, Sudan, Somalia, Ukraine ‑ and many, many more via bomb and usury.

And then, these self‑same architects of this hellish destruction pretend to be 'compassionate' to the very people whose homelands they brutally destroyed, allowing them to live for free in places where they know it will be inflammatory and divisive so to do ‑ and which they do not pay for, but those struggling to survive, do.

The root cause of all our ills is not so much the immigration, it is certainly not the salt‑of‑the‑earth people of this country for whom so many affluent types; it is: the political class, on all 'sides'. That is the dragon that requires slaying.

Your Masad Boulos, US Senior Adviser for Arab and African Affairs, was on TRTWorld TV news just now: he is tryng to make a 3 month ceasefire in Sudan, followed by 9 months of political settlement (WE all hope)! That is the CORRECT way - get people Talking, and Compromise - YES, in some way, for NONE of us is Always RIGHT, and WAR is the LAST RESORT - not the EU's almost 1st !!....

It seems to me as a result of the 0639 IST TRT World ticker tape, that Masad Boulos could do with More Strength to his argument..... so "Peace through Strength" could win this initial battle, but the longer term will need more continuous Talk and Thought!

Thus Strength could Beneficially give a SMACK (as of a very emotional child) to Stop Conflict in the short term, and allow longer term thinking to proceed....., where that continuing conflict would probably never do so!

I am very concerned about the PRESSURE on Greenland's PEOPLE from many Rich Fat Cat Nations to Mine Greenland's Natural Resources - USA, UK, EU, Australia for example.

I want it stopped please, as maybe Chatham House think to LIMIT that Pressure too.

The hydrogen injected Piston Engine is by far the best sustainable and is easily recycled, whereas the EV battery vehicle's RAPE the PLANET for Rare Earth Materials in huge URGENT current/future quantities

(the panic leading to poorly coordinated unsightly residual debris piles, and huge trucks to transport such materials which need wider roads that are expensive to build in minus 40C temperatures......).

The EV battery has limited life, requires larger cars, and is extremely difficult to recycle, never ever achieving the best that my 2010 1.4 petrol Ford Fiesta does (Ford have chopped the Fiesta for it is NOT BIG enough to be profitable as an EV car!!). Cities need smaller cars not huge tanks!!

At 50K (-223.15C) most pure elements are solids or gases, with only a few (NOPE!) noble gases being a gas at this temperature and many elements being solids. Common liquid elements like mercury (234K) and bromine (292K) are too far above 50K to be in a liquid state at this temperature. Therefore, there are no common elements that are liquid at 50K and it is likely that some very cold and specialized liquids would be needed to be in liquid state at this temperature.

Examples of materials that are liquid at 50K (-223.15C)

Helium: It is the only element that is liquid at 50 K at standard pressure. Its boiling point is approximately 4.2 K. (NOPE! if the BP is 4.2K, how can it be liquid above that temperature!! Boil water and you produce steam at a constant 100C (273.15K), but then raise the temperature higher and it cannot be either solid or liquid, for it can only be a gas, called superheated steam). PS: 4.2K is He4 BP, while He3 BP is 3.2K - and both become solids at VERY high pressures!!
Some molecules and compounds (NONE!)
Liquid hydrogen: It boils at around 20K and its boiling point is -253C. At 50K, hydrogen is in a liquid state. (NOPE! the same rubbish as for helium above, Hydrogen MP is 14.0K and BP is 20.2K, so it is definitely a GAS at 50K)

My Chengdu Source (discovered in 2010) from his 18 charts describing the Engineering of High Temperature Superconductors (HTS) and mainly YBCO:

Note that both Oxygen (paramagnetic, so influenced greatly by magnetic field strength - convection better at high Tesla) and Fluorine (diamagnetic, largely unaffected by magnetic field strength) should be liquid at 55K, so better coolants than the pumped Liquid Nitrogen 63K shown on the graph,while the Magnetic Field strength at these temperatures is 25T and 17.5T respectively for YBCO, so 42% stronger at 55K, giving an improved top margin for the control-amplitude range of the 150millionK plasma!!

Subsequent Thinking has convinced the British to adopt a small Tokamak in their STEP Fusion Plant in Nottingham, because it is predicted to have Q = 20, while ITER Q = 10 (above), and so "smaller reactors produce better output" and are faster to build!!
